New Place Prospectus sets out the opportunities, investment and ambition shaping the town's next chapter

Tamworth Borough Council has launched a new Tamworth Place Prospectus, putting the town's case for investment firmly on the table and setting out some of the major development opportunities that could help shape its future.

Designed to promote Tamworth as a place to invest, develop and do business, the prospectus brings together the town's strategic location, established business base, growing visitor economy and rich heritage with the significant programme of regeneration already underway.

More importantly, it looks at what comes next.

With major opportunities at Ankerside, Gungate and Marmion House, the Council is actively looking to open conversations with investors, developers and businesses interested in being part of Tamworth's continued growth.
